Delete an external runner and end its agent's credential; the server keeps the agent until its uninstall command runs; --name also needs runners:read

Usage

Usage:
  manage-runners external-runner delete [flags]

Flags:
      --confirm string   external runner id confirmation
      --id string        external runner id
      --name string      exact external runner name; resolving it needs runners:read
      --profile string   configuration profile
      --yes              confirm the destructive operation
